A comment on today's meditation. Toward the end I felt an intense energy coming through me, through the crown chakra that amplified almost to the point where..it took my breath away! Then I visualized it going through me and then out to the world. ... I do meditate on a regular basis but feel that when we come together as a group that energy increases by ten fold I believe...
