This Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse gives us a chance to seriously go deep inside ourselves. With all the uncertainty, radical changes in politics impacting all of us on many levels, join us. The goal is to come out of the 15 minute guided meditation with a sense of joy. Yes, JOY. Will you allow and gift that to yourself?

After the 15 minute guided meditation, JacQuaeline will give some examples/reminders of ways to use your breath in powerful ways to keep ‘centered’, maintain a balance and stay uplifted.
